This skirt has an adorable detailed sweet-classic print on a sturdy cotton material. It is lined and has an elastic panel and a side zipper. 

I bought it second-hand, but it's just too tight on me. I moved the button over to make it a bit more roomy ( see pictures). I can move the button back per your request.
DAMAGE: This is an older skirt (2007) and there is some sign of wear. There is slight yellow discoloration on the waistband and next to the zipper. This very difficult to see when worn and even harder to photograph, so it might not show up in the pictures, but please be aware of this.
