White lace blouse with black necktie. Long sleeve,size S

This blouse was bit too lacy for me, I am the first owner. It is in great condition, aside from a very small patch of this fabric on the bottom of the blouse that I feel is a tad thinner than th rest(pictured) it is not noticeable unless you are very close and actively searching for it. It comes with a cute black ribbon neck tie. The size is S but fits more in between S and M.
