This is an Innocent World shirred OP. I am its second owner; I bought it more than ten years ago off of LJ.  It can fit up to a 40" bust and waist.  I haven't seen this dress on a lolibrary which is disappointing :(  It is free of stains but wrinkled.  I do own cats but I keep them away from my Lolita stuff.  I'll also attack the OP with a lint roller before shipping.
