I'm selling this Brown x Cream Sailor Jumperskirt by Innocent World. 
I'm sorry that couldn't find a page on Lolibrary for this one, so I took some amateur flat measurements: 

Bust: 17in (43cm) flat
Waist: 14in (35cm) flat
This jumperskirt is pretty short. I'm 178 cm (5'10"), and I don't recommend this for Lolitas over 170 cm (5'7"). My legs and torso are quite literally too long for this. 

Also, this JSK is listed under Minor Damage due to a missing lower left button. You can see where the button is missing on the pictures attached. 

This JSK comes fully lined with a partial shirring back and a side zip opening. When measuring, I did not take into account the shirring, but I estimate it to add about 6 cm extra room.
