Very versatile Innocent World Sailor OP, the waist ties are removable for a baby doll look, or tie it around for a cinched waist. Very comfortable and thick material. I am the first owner and have worn it a good amount. It has some slight pilling on a small section of the bottom left side. It is very difficult to capture on camera but photos are included, other wise no issue, rips or fading.
I seem to have misplaced the neck ribbon though :( $10 shipped via USPS priority (tracked and insured up to $50) will ship first class at buyers own risk.
