Bought secondhand but never worn by me. No flaws as far as I can see. I couldn't find a Lolibrary entry but I believe this dress was released in a lucky pack or special set.
The back is shirred so it has somewhat flexible sizing, It should be able to easily fit up to at least a 35" bust and 28" waist.The straps can be detached as they are fixed with buttons inside of the dress. Therefore they could be changed into a halterneck position or additional button holes could be created to suit your torso length.
