This is a simple, beautiful floral Innocent World skirt with detachable top straps so it can be worn in 2 ways. It looks way better in person than on the stock photos. It is partially shirred at the back and has lovely ribbon and ruffle details at the front. The dress was bought second hand. I have not worn it.
