[UNDER PAYMENT PLAN] Innocent World Rose and Tulip Flare JSK, size M, beige x red

Condition: Bought from Closet Child, who ranked condition as B. Only tried on by me (under 10mins) and no flaws spotted.
Fit: I can do the zip up, but it's too small - it's tight around the waist, the seam cuts off my chest halfway and the dress sits approx. 5-6cm too high on me (but there is room to adjust straps a little). Definitely recommend for slimmer/smaller chested people. For reference, my measurements are: bust = 96cm; waist = 80cm; height = 166cm; shoulders = 38cm.
