Bought second hand, worn several times by me. Both ribbons and waist ties are detachable. Full shirring makes it very accommodating to different sizes. Made out of heavy cotton fabric.
Damages: overall worn feeling; shirring is a bit stretched out in several places (please see close-ups), but it's not too noticeable when worn; very light stains on one of the ribbons, and on the front lace, hard to notice; loose thread ending; material is quick to pick up dust particles; very small amount of sun damage on one of the waist ties (please see the close-up).
