Innocent World Ribbon Bustier *STRECHED OUT SHIRRING*

This bustier was purchased from a Japanese used Lolita clothing website and it was never worn by me. The shirring seems to be somewhat stretched out and unfortunately they failed to mention this on the listing.
The original measurements are listed on the Lolibrary link, but the current measurements unstretched are:
bust 90cm (35 inches)
waist 76cm (30 inches)
Length of the straps from the front to back buttons are 33 cm (13 inches) and the total length of the straps are 40 (16 inches) long.
No other obvious damages, discolorations or modifications but it has a slightly worn feel.
