Innocent World's Picot Lace Sailor Collar Blouse in White.
It's in great condition for being from 2007. It's a bit wrinkly from being in storage, but I think it will iron out. The only mark I could find was a very faint mark on the waist tie. There is no discoloration. I purchased it off Closet Child around 2015 and saved the stock photo from the website.
There's no info on Lolibrary for the measurements (I submitted the photo and measurements for the entry) the flat measurements I've taken are below!
