This is Innocent World's "Vilma" One Piece in navy which is incredibly cute as a sailor dress.
I bought the dress in Ikebukuro in Tokyo and have only worn it once! It is in great condition as you can see in the pictures.
The dress comes with the detachable neck tie as shown and the waist ties which are on the back of the dress.

Hi! =) Do you think the dress would be too loose for someone with 85cm as bust measure? Does the international shipping fee includes tracking?

Hi, thanks for your question. There's no shirring so it's automatically a snug fit! Tracking is indeed included in the international shipping fee :)
