Lovely 100% cotton old school blouse with a sailor collar. The lace detailing is really beautiful and delicate on this blouse. The corsage is also still in great condition and is removable for a different look. There are buttons for waist ties for this blouse, but it did not come to me with the waist ties - this is the only reason I am listing it as "minor damage". Aside from that, this blouse is in great condition for its age and suits a wide range of coords!
