Innocent World old school Cotton Lace Ribbon Skirt (2005) in black

Selling a good condition skirt from Innocent World. I'm experimenting with old school at the moment and wanted to try skirts, but I think JSK's are the way for me. I only tried it on once and photographed it for this listing. Because it is black, it is a magnet for cat fur. I will do my best to lint roll it before it is shipped.
Flaws I have spotted:
The black is relatively faded, more than likely due to washing and it's age. It's more obvious around the waist elastic and the waist band (pics 9 and 10). There is also slight white spotting pictured in pic 11.
It has a relative feeling of use.
The ribbon in the ladder lace is puckered. I heard it might be fixed if you steam the skirt to get the wrinkles out. (pic 7)
Please note that I am not a professional seller and may have missed other minor damage.

$100 insurance is included with Priority Mail. I suggest but don't require additional insurance. But if you choose no additional insurance you do so at your own risk. Signature confirmation is also suggested but not required. Signature confirmation is an additional $2.61.

I just measured it and came up with the flat waist measurements between 31 and 35 cm. I have about a 65 cm waist and there is slightly more stretch to accommodate.
