Please pay promptly. Please contact if you cannot pay within 1 week of invoice. I am able to put items on hold. I do not accept payment plans. In case of lost packages, I am not responsible after shipment. Please contact UPS for this. In case of damaged package, please reach out to UPS, and I may issue partial refund depending on the scenario. If packages are returned to me due to insufficient address, I will charge to ship out again. If there's ever a chance, an item is damaged due to lack of proper protective packaging, or there is damage that was not foreseen in listing, I may offer 15% refund. I do not do refunds or accept returns for clothes that did not fit or "changed mind".
