*Missing detachable waist ribbon*
I am the second owner of this set.
Other than missing detachable waist ribbon, this skirt is in great shape but please remember that it is an old item! It is also wrinkled from storage.
The headband is wrinkly but is in good condition when worn.
In my opinion, the skirt's waist size is less forgiving than recorded in lolibrary. While there is a bit of stretch, I wouldn't recommend this skirt to someone with a waist size above 66cm/26in unless you want to alter it.
Below are the measurements I recorded with the skirt lying flat:
