Cute skirt by Innocent World. In very good used condition with no flaws. Suitable for casual wear too! There is partial shirring on the waist and the elastic is in great shape but it has a bit firmer stretch than in some other skirts I have. It stretches comfortably for some cm but can feel quite tight if stretched more.
