JSK cut of the Merry Go Round print by Innocent World, released in 2012. Bought from Wunderwelt but never worn by me, still has their tag. Very good condition with no flaws or damage that I'm aware of. 

Measurements listed on Lolibrary as:
Bust: 85.5-98cm 
Waist: 64.5-81.5cm
Length: 92cm

However, while I haven't taken my own measurements, I believe that this dress runs a bit smaller than the official ones given and would best fit a size small/uk 10 or below.
