great casual summer and spring dress! This one is a bit of an unusual find as it is not on lolibrary, but based on the product number and time of release I believe it was a special dress created for lucky packs. Features a tiered skirt, square neckline, adjustable straps and back shirring. Comes with all pieces and is in good condition for age and quality.
