Bought secondhand, but never worn by me. The OP is in like new condition. The waist ties and bow are detachable. The dress has been modified by the previous owner, who had it professionally altered to shorten both the sleeves and skirt (~2.5cm taken off the sleeves and ~10cm off the bottom hem). I will include all the fabric that was removed in the alterations (not pictured).
