I bought this directly from the IW and wore about two times outside. Unfortunately, the neck ribbon got damaged from dry cleaning shop and I decided to let it go to a good owner.
Please see the photos or site link for more detail. Only ribbon got some damage. I think the little circular decoration on the ribbon is lost and the sewing of the pin holds ribbon got loose. If you are good sewer or find alterations, it would be fixed. Please remember that I am sending this as is, which means that I will not fix the ribbon part when I send this.
As you can see the photos, the blouses self is in very good condition.

Hi,
to Germany, if I use priority mail (about 6 to 10 business days), it will cost about US$ 50.95. If I use First class mail (takes longer than priority mail), it will cost about US$ 24.50.
Once I send the item, I can not guarantee the delivery...However, I didn't have any issue yet. Please understand that you need to be responsible with getting insurance with the item.
