This dress is from 2007 and feels a bit worn but is in decent condition. It is missing the belt, as I bought it that way. The back shirring has been replaced and it has been thoroughly washed. There could be some small stains but nothing that is obvious as I haven't noticed any. The most wear I can find is some fraying on the lace and the light fading of the print.

Hi, the measurements were taken flat so the actual measurements are probably bigger by a few centimeters because of this. It fits me at 71 cm but tightly. There are 4 channels of elastic but none of them are on the waist itself. I hope that helps!
