Great condition. Comes with the velveteen belt. No flaws that I can find other than a slightly worn feeling.
Unsure how much the previous owner wore it but I have worn it twice and hand washed it. 
The zipper is in perfect condition which is awesome for such an old piece. 
Please note that this dress is quite heavy! It will be expensive to ship outside of North America.
