Innocent World's Lamé Dot JSK! (If you were wondering, lamé is a type of fabric with metallic fibers!) I bought it from Closet Child and it's in lovely condition. It's a black empire-waist dress with gold dots, shirring and a very low back (see second stock photo); while IW's measurements give a wide range of bust sizes, I don't think it would be as comfortable for larger busts.
