Innocent World Detachable Sleeve Grosgrain Ribbon Blouse [Off white]
This lovely blouse has delicate little lace and ribbon detailing, as well as pearlescent buttons stamped with the brand’s name.
It’s charming and perfect for classic coordinates, and its simple but cute design makes it versatile for various styles, lolita or otherwise.
Its bodice is rather short and trimmed with ruffles at the hem, so you can also wear it comfortably with a skirt as well.
The neck ribbon pictured on Lolibrary is unfortunately missing, but all the little detachable bows and removable sleeves are included.
I have owned this blouse for quite a few years and have worn it several times, and it’s still in wonderful condition with no visible flaws.

I assume you mean the cuffs? The short sleeves measure about 26cm (10") at the cuffs; the long sleeves' width is about 28cm (11"), and their cuffs are about 21cm (8").
And the blouse is made of 100% cotton.
