All items come from a smoking and pet household. My dresses are cleaned and stored in plastic garment bags in a closet within my household to prevent odor and damage, however smoke odor in particular may linger. I also have a small, non-shedding dog that I keep away from my wardrobe. Despite the disclaimer, I priced all items to reflect any potential damage, but I do treat or clean the clothes as needed before shipping. If the material allows, I will steam or iron the item before packaging as well as any other care to ensure that the item ships out in the condition I describe it.
