Older used blouse from brand Innocent World. This style has pintucks at upper chest, rose lace around chest area and collar and round collar with lace It also has gathering at sleeve tops, removable waist ties, decorative "card suite" buttons, and frill at shirt bottom. This is a short waist length blouse designed to be worn over skirt instead of tucked in. Blouse has been washed in scent free - dye free detergent and line dried. There is some minor staining on inside of collar at neckline (last 2 pictures). This item is marked a Japanese "L" size which is, still, quite small.
