Measurements according to Lolibrary: bust 85cm - 98cm, waist 64cm - 81cm, lenght 93cm. In good condition. I bought the dress from Closet Child, but I've only tried it on once. Note that the dress doesn't have a zipper, so you have to be under the max measurements in order to get the dress on. Also the real colour is something between the stock photo and my photo: it's not as green but also not as blue. The colour is really lovely irl, but quite difficult to capture accurately.
