Bought used from Wunderwelt. Used a couple of times. No signs of wear or tear.
The elastic bands have been switched to new ones by me, since the old ones have lost their stretch. The new stitch is not visible from outside, but I've included a photo from what it looks like. I'm a professional seamstress by trade.
I do not recommend storing this in a hanger, since the dress is quite heavy and so elastic bands have a high chance of wearing out again.
