Older piece from Innocent World in good used condition, worn twice. This black long length jumperskirt is made of wool felt fabric (winter item) with rose embroidery at hemline. Fully line with polyester lining with side zipper and shirring for fit in back. I'm tall so I moved the shoulder buttons down the straps to the bottom so you will want to adjust them to fit your size. Black cluny lace at neckline and along shoulder straps.

bust: 33" unstretched to around 36 stretched
length from waist to bottom - 28" 

Item is from a home with a cat, some hairs might be present.
