Innocent World black embroidered skirt

This sweet skirt has embroidered roses along the hem and a scalloped edging. It measures 20.5" from under the waistband. The waistband has partial shirring and measures from 24.25" to 27.75", although I'm sure it is not comfortable at the full extension.

The skirt is in great shape. I see no stains although the fabric has a slightly worn feel to it.
