Old school black Innocent World pleated scalloped skirt with adorable tiny musical notes embroidered on

Lovely embroidered from IW. Was bought second-hand but it does not suit me, so I have not worn it myself before.
There is partial elastic at the waist.
Some of the threads in the embroidery has fluffed up but you can trim it how you like.
