Selling this old IW bonnet. When I bought it it was lopsided,  the brim won't stay up fully.  If you tend to stack things on your head when you wear bonnets, this can be used to prop it up more.
I am not sure what year this is from. There is some slight fraying at the edges of the ribbon tie.
