Standing collar ruffled black blouse with ribbon
A long-sleeved black standing collar blouse made by Innocent World. It has corset lacing in the back to adjust the fit. There is also a ribbon to tie around the neck. Good for classic, kuro and ouji looks.
My measurements are around 82 cm bust and 66 cm waist and it fit fine.
I wore it quite often, therewore the low price.
