It can fit those measurements, but at around 110cm bust it will start to feel slightly uncomfortable.
The arms were altered to add 2 inches to arm circumference - great for plus sized girls! Also looks pretty easy to remove and put back to the original size by a seamstress.

Hi there, is this the milk tea colourway? Wasn't sure from the picture if it was cream or pink.
Also wondering if this will fit an arm circumference of 33cm?

hi there! i'm pretty sure this is the pink colorway because the flowers are not red at all like in the lolibrary photos, they are pink. :) and it'd definitely fit a 33cm arm due to the alteration! it's got buttons to loosen and tighten it as well :)

also, it's kinda weird because while the flowers are pink, the dress itself is closer to a cream... hmm

Shipping to the UK is $20 usd :) yeah, i know that pain! My arms are around the same size as yours. i was really happy to find this OP but it just doesn't sit on my body right ;<
