Second owner, unfortunately it's too small for me! There's no pilling but it has a somewhat used feeling: however, it's not visually noticeable, with the exception of the black lace at the bottom that has faded slightly and looks a little lighter/grayer than it would normally (see picture).

Do you think think this could potentially stretch past the 70cm?

Hi! Thanks for your question. According to my amateur measurements it does not stretch past 35 cm flat which would indicate 70 is indeed the max. It's still possible to get it on if you're a few cm above that, but at 75 (my waist) it was uncomfortably tight: would not recommend!
