Innocent World Alicia JSK in size M, navy colorway. 2015 release, good for sailor, classic, or casual style. The collar and bottom ruffle are more of an offwhite.

Collar and bow are detachable. There are a few stains on the white collar. Bought it this way, never tried to get them out, they are not too visible.
The straps are detachable, because I am very tall, I moved the buttons down as low as possible, thus there is some slight warping where the buttons used to be.
The rest of the dress is in good condition.
