New without tags, tried on once. Minor alterations done to make print tile across seams correctly.

Size XL - waist fits 78 cm with additional room from shirring. Listing this for sale because I'm a bit strapped for cash, I'd hate to part with it otherwise!

The skirt is made from a nice heavyweight cotton, and the print is crisp. I've altered the skirt slightly to make the pattern tile across the side seams correctly - in total maybe 3-4" of fabric was removed from the bottom circumference of the skirt, so there should be no noticeable difference in the way it sits. You can see the before/after in the photos. If you would like more photos to ensure the quality of my alterations, I would be happy to provide them.
