In excellent condition ( ˘ ³˘)♥, missing rose brooch

I received this about 2 months ago and have tried it on twice for photos but never actually got to wear it outside （￣～￣;） The quality & construction surprised me, it's not a shabbily-made dress. The bodice is made of dark blue velvet-like material...I truly felt like a princess when I tried it on ;o; Selling it because I recently found another dress that I like and don't want this beauty to just sit in my closet. PLEASE note that the rose brooch that usually goes near the bust is missing (⌒_⌒;) but otherwise, the dress itself is in excellent condition, I would rate it a 9/10. I am shipping from US 89145.
