Got this dress from a cheap lucky pack; I suspect that I was given one of Infanta's defected dresses that wasn't up to par with their usual quality.
Item has lots of loose threads and uneven stitching in some areas. Built-in petti is slightly lopsided.
All can be fixed with some sewing altercations!
