Update from 29 August 2021: Almost all dresses I am selling are in storage at my parents house due to lack of space!
It's a couple hours of travel so I visit them about once a month only, I try to time the end of the listings with when I will visit, I will keep you informed about when I can send out the dress!!!

I am so sorry for the late reply, I didn't get a notification. Shipping to Portugal would be € 9 without track and trace, with would be € 18,50, as the blouse is only about 200 grams.
