I'm 4 ft 11 in, I weigh about 130. My US pants size is 29/30 and my bust is about 95-100cm around. I have a small frame, but am chubby. It's just big in the shoulders for me and bust for me and a bit too long. I'm chubby and short and got a tiny chest. So it just didn't work out for me.
