My waist is about 38 inches and my bust is about 43. The dress does fit me, but it's tight and it's giving Boob Loaf. I would keep it- but honestly, I don't love the color combo. It just isn't my style. I have only worn it once for a few hours, I have the detachable waist bow and KC that match.
