Tried on once, still has the tag on! This dress is so fun yet gorgeous. Includes the JSK and the headbow. I'm selling this frilly JSK + KC because I have a long waist, so this dress sits too high on me. I hope to find it a good home <3
The scene on the skirt part depicts fancy ladies at the opera. The billowy frills at the mid-waist remind me of curtains at a theater. There are several different shades of dark red, which makes it easy to match with accessories.

At most, it could stretch to 92cm. But even then, much of the upper-half of the dress material would cover the bust, which would shorten the length of the dress and shift the proportions, so it wouldn't fit at the right height at your waist. So, I have to say "no", sadly! :(

(This is actually the problem I had, since I also have a 96cm bust! It teeeechnically fit, with some smooshing, but the waist ended up sitting above my underbust. Thus, I don't recommend!)
