This is Infanta's Golden Circus OP in the brown colorway. It is size medium, but be aware that their medium seems to be quite small.

The bow that gets pinned onto the dress is damaged. The pin is broken off. It would probably be possible to fix, but I also took a picture of what the dress looks like without the bow in case you don't want to fix it. I did not notice any other damage while looking over the dress.

Hello! According to lolibrary, the bust is 88-92cm, max waist is 72-76cm, and the dress length is 92cm.
