I am the second owner of this dress but it is in perfect condition! Unfortunately, the front bow and second velvet bow were stolen from me and are missing from this sale.
Velvet chest bow is detachable as are the back waist ties. The back is also shirred with black lacing.
I have never worn the witch hat and it is in perfect condition.
Dress has been gently hand washed prior to photo taking and smells like fresh clean linen. Comes from a smoke and pet free home~
