Cute but damaged Infanta JSK needs a home that knows how to sew!

This was my first dress ever. My bf put it in the washing machine(whyyyy!?) and therefore it has some damage from that as well as from wear and a couple small stains.

This JSK could really use a beginner lolita who knows how to sew! It needs some TLC for sure.

The bows are all included but one needs full re-attachment and the other needs partial re-attachment.

Included are images of the bows and you can see the reference link to see where/how they should be.

I have also included images of the stains. They are rather small.

Some of the pattern on the front has worn off. Images of that are included as well.

The back lacing and original ribbon are there but one loop is missing, I am sure a ribbon of the same color from a craft store would replace it easily.

This dress is marked down as low as possible as it is certainly a sewing project so please don't ask me to lower the price any more.
If this dress does not sell as is I will take on the project personally and relist at a higher price with all the improvements I can make completed.

Please request measurements if you need them. Otherwise I am a US 0/2 in dresses and it fits wonderfully. I am a 32a/b bust.
