Selling in order to downsize my wardrobe & because I don't have a strong-enough petticoat for this dress (which I strongly recommend).
This dress has been worn a few times & does have loose threads from washing. The latest it has been washed is today 3/25/2021.
Upon inspection, I did see some white 'powdery' areas but was able to rub them away (so I believe it's leftover detergent).
Structurally, there doesn't appear to be any tears or rips anywhere in the fabric or lace, so I'd rate the dress an 8/10 condition.
The back shirring ribbon is missing, but you can put your own :)

Recommended measurements according to Glitzy Wonderland (there is a slight elastic panel at the back):
Bust: up to 40"
Waist: 31"
