Gorgeous dress from days when I was small.

It hasn't fit in years, but I've been holding on to it as it was from a dear friend, but I really just will never wear it again. I only wore it once, and previous owner only wore it 2 or 3 times. There aren't any damages I can see. It's been in houses with dogs, but no smoking.
I believe it's the size small. It seems to be a 32in bust, and a 28in waist. Total dress length is 34 in. Please keep in mind I flat measured this. No shirring or elastics, it has an invisible side zipper.
