Don't know the brand/name, got it from a taobao reseller lucky pack. The back is fully shirred and the straps can be adjusted longer/shorter by switching the button they're on. The pattern is a bunch of vaguely historical dress shops and ladies in vaguely historical dresses. Worn a few times before, but no major damage. Has a couple loose threads and is a bit wrinkled from storage. No waist ties.
The color is more of a muted mint, but still very visibly green.
Unsure on the size, I believe it's a M. My bust is 90cm and my waist is 78cm and it's a little tight on me. The shirring gives quite a bit of wiggle room.
